Karol G is assembling an all-star lineup of female talent for the U.S. leg of her upcoming Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour. The Colombian superstar has tapped singer-songwriter Elena Rose as the primary opening act, marking Rose's first-ever stadium performances. Additionally, Becky G will join for ten dates, and Colombian singer Greeicy will appear on three stops, ensuring the tour is packed with powerhouse women.
Elena Rose first gained widespread recognition as a hit songwriter for some of the biggest names in pop and Latin music, including Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera, and Bad Bunny. Her penchant for crafting infectious melodies and heartfelt lyrics led her to co-write Becky G's global smash “Mamiii,” a collaboration that also solidified a close friendship with Karol G. Now, Rose is stepping into the spotlight as a solo artist. “It’s truly a blessing for me,” Rose tells Rolling Stone. “I’m so grateful that Karol and her team have welcomed me with so much love and that I’ll have the opportunity to share my message with so many people. With everything that’s happening in the world right now, people really need a moment to reconnect and to enjoy life. I hope these nights remind us to hold on to one another a little tighter.”
The Rise of Elena Rose: From Songwriter to Headliner
Rose's journey to the stadium stage is a testament to her versatility and dedication. After establishing herself as a sought-after songwriter, she released her debut album, Bendito Verano, last year. The project showcased her own artistic identity, blending reggaeton, pop, and folk influences with deeply personal stories. Standout tracks like “Cosita Linda” and the empowering anthem “Me Lo Merezco” resonated with audiences, positioning Rose as a rising star in her own right. She followed the album with the EP No Quiero Que Se Acabe Este Bendito Verano in May 2026, featuring collaborations with fellow Venezuelan singer Alleh on “TuTuTu” and Colombian star Manuel Turizo on “La Semana.” Rose hints that more music is on the way: “There’s a lot of new music coming. I’ve been writing from a very honest place, and I feel like this next chapter reflects who I am more than ever.”
Powerhouse Women on Stage
Becky G, who shares a history with both Karol G and Rose, will bring her own energetic presence to ten tour dates. The trio previously worked together on “Mamiii,” which became a Latin chart-topper and a celebration of female friendship and empowerment. Greeicy, known for hits like “Más Fuerte” and “Los Besos,” adds another layer of Colombian flair to the lineup. Together, the four artists represent a wave of Latinas who are redefining the music industry with their talent, resilience, and unity. Karol G personally invited Rose to join the tour, highlighting the mutual respect between the two. “We’ve known each other for a while, and there’s always been mutual respect between us,” Rose says of Karol.
Tour Dates and Venues
The Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour kicks off on July 24, 2026, in Chicago at Soldier Field. From there, the tour will make stops at some of the largest venues in the United States. Rose will open for all concerts except those where Becky G and Greeicy perform, with her setlist drawing from her debut album and EP. The full U.S. leg includes dates in Las Vegas (Allegiant Stadium), Los Angeles (SoFi Stadium), Boston (Gillette Stadium), New York (MetLife Stadium), Atlanta (Mercedes-Benz Stadium), Miami (Hard Rock Stadium), Tampa (Raymond James Stadium), and Dallas (AT&T Stadium). Additional guests may be announced for later legs in Latin America and Europe.
A Voice for Venezuela
Rose also spoke about the significance of representing Venezuela, a country that has faced devastating earthquakes and ongoing challenges. Her song “Caracas En El 2000” is a nostalgic homage to her homeland, and she carries her Venezuelan identity proudly on tour. “Venezuela isn’t just where my family comes from — it’s part of who I am,” she says. “Right now, more than ever, I want every Venezuelan to know that they’re not alone and that we carry them in our hearts wherever we go. If, through my music, I can remind someone of home, give them a little hope, or make them feel proud of where they come from, then that’s one of the greatest honors of my life.”
With the tour on the horizon, fans can expect an evening of emotional highs, infectious rhythms, and a celebration of female artistry. Karol G’s ability to curate a lineup of diverse, powerful women underscores her commitment to uplifting others while delivering an unforgettable live experience. As Rose puts it, “To me, performing in stadiums means more hearts to connect with. Every person in that stadium is carrying something we can’t see. Some people are celebrating, some are healing, and some are simply looking for a moment to feel alive again. If my music can make someone feel a little less alone or remind them that there’s still beauty, hope, and love in the world, then I’ve done what I came here to do.”
